Vadodara-based Healthcare Records Management Company is looking for a Technical Architect Java

We have a series of web-based, stand-alone and web-based solutions that cater to Clinics and hospitals of all sizes across Gujarat.

We are developing our next series of applications aiming to bridge the gap between the various stakeholders in Healthcare and bring them all to a common platform and benefit the masses.

We are in search of an experienced and knowledgeable Java enthusiast.

The expectations from the Technical Architect are:

· Responsible for defining the overall structure of a program or system

· Designing and creating the underlying data structure and data flows to support the application build

· Scale up the existing infrastructure to cater to the company’s future capacity

· Work with the founders to understand the business needs and suggest improvisations and enhancements to the existing products

· Design and document the overall architecture of the system(s)

· Oversee all projects that are aimed at improving the business, and ensure that all parts of the project run smoothly

· Understand all aspects of each system, from both a business and technical point of view

· Author documents that monitor progress and ensure the quality of the project

· Screen and recruit additional team members

· Monitor team performance and ensure timely delivery

· Analyse, design, develop, test and implements complex, high performance, high throughput, and mission critical transaction systems

Key Skills and experience needed for this role are:

· Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, Postgraduate qualifications in a technical field

· Strong experience on JAVA/J2EE Integration technologies/ Frameworks is mandatory. Open Source Frameworks such as Spring, hibernate is required

· In-depth programming experience using various technologies, including Java, JSF, Servlet, J2EE, JSP, Jquery, XML, Ajax, Spring & WebServices, XML, Web Services, JMS, MySQL, Mobile Android/iOS App, ETL, BI, Portal, Jasper/Crystal Report

· At least 5 years of relevant experience in the development/ architecture capacity of software house to service industry

· Hands-on experience in designing transaction processing systems with high scalability, throughput, fault tolerance, recoverability and maintainability

· Demonstrated ability to assess existing products portfolio and define migration strategy and road map including cloud provider selection & recommendation

· Strong practical experience of performance engineering at all layers

· Ability to communicate ideas and concepts and articulate where decisions might lead

Educational Qualifications:

UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Computers, B.Sc - Computers, BCA - Computers

PG: M.Tech - Computers, MCA - Computers, M.Sc - Computers

Experience: 5+ years
