Qualifications and Technical Skills
10 years or more experience in technology/software organizations
Experience with Scrum, Extreme Programming (XP), Lean Software Development and other Agile methodologies
Senior-level skills in systems architecture, design, development, and programming in object-oriented (Java) and relational databases and client server platforms
Experience with continuous integration including building a corporate CI server
Participate in test driven development and pair programming with other Developers
Experience with automated test frameworks and automated tests
Experienced at mentoring other Developers
Experience in leading technical teams; skills as Coach and Consultant to development organizations
