Job Responsibilities
Effective performance planning for self and team and time management and self organization
B2/C1 Certification or Graduation/ Post Graduation required in French Language
Planning and Prioritization
Data Collection and analysis
Coaching and Feedback
Ability to manage and lead a team
Analysis and MIS/Reporting
Ability to achieve stretch targets and take decisions as well as manage complex/ difficult employee situations
Customer/Client Interaction
Handle escalations for the team
Work as a Single point of contact for all non ops departments and identify, evaluate & coordinate operational, Admin, IT and HR issues Forward non resolvable issues to O.M.
Timely closure of all processes and other requirements for self and Team.
Educational Qualification
Academic qualification : Graduation
Professional Qualification: French language proficiency (Mandatory). Person should be proficient in speaking and writing
