Purchase procedure, Commercial terms and conditions and techno- commercial due diligence skills.
Full knowledge of Taxes and duties for domestic and international contracts.
Review, control and monitoring of vendors in coordination with stakeholders of project for timely delivery as per contract schedule.
Effective communication and negotiation skills for the right price.
Updated cost data bank to assist EPC tendering.
