Store Manager

Job Specifications:

Need to have minimum  3-5 years experience as store manager in KSA with retail.

Must be Diploma in commerce/Business or Bachelor in Commerce

Need to have SAP working knowledge

Should have good communication skills with good performance management.

Job Description:

Managing a team of no less than 40 staff

Managing store budgets, merchandising store, store sales & set targets

Having superior customer relations experience

Handling all employee & customer issues

Maintaining the store appearance Internally & Externally according to company standards

Proper planning for store inventory & promotional events 

Maintaining a low figure for Employee turnover

Able to deal with Saudi staff & maintaining a high retention rate
