About Company: complete rental management service: the process of owning and renting one or more properties. And it makes sense in an era where renting is the new owning, dominated by a huge Millennial generation used to Uber, Airbnb and other products of the “sharing economy.”

Location: Powai, Mumbai 

Experience: 1 yr mandatory

Salary: 3.0 Lac (annually)

Qualification: Graduation degree mandatory

Working Days: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM ( Day Shift ), Off Days: SUN

 

Job Description:

 Lead generation of potential customer through all possible channels

Lead perusal, sales and on-boarding of the customer on the platform

Ensuring data capture, metrics tracking, and business intelligence 

Negotiations and closure of deals

Post-sales customer relationship management liaising with the operations

Ensuring continuous improvement steps are taken to evolve as business

Assisting and guiding potential tenant to the site visit. 

Marketing the right property to potentials leads, 

Should have to manage negotiations with the client and close the deals. 

Assisting in requisite legal document preparation.

Building a network of partner agents.
