We have an urgent requirement for Sr.Production Officer- Documentation for our client into API/ Bulk Drug Sector for their plant at Mahad, Maharashtra. Please find the details below:

Position: Sr. Production Officer - Documentation (2 positions)

Department:Production
Location:Mahad
Reporting to:Sr.Manager Production
Qualification: B.Sc. (7-10 yrs exp) / M.Sc. (4-6 yrs exp)
Experience: 4-10 yrs experience in API Production
Age: Upto 35 years
Job responsibilities:

·To ensure production activities are carried out as per set procedures and ensure to record in respective documents

·Preparation of BPR, reviewing and revising of SOP and QA related documents

·Implementation and monitoring GMP requirements in all the activities related to production

·To ensure that necessary calibrations are performed and records kept

·To establish good coordination with QC, QA, Instrumentation and Stores for smooth running of plant operations

·Checking deviations in parameters and taking corrective actions as advised

·Investigation of process deviations and OOS and ensuring the relevant documentation

·Preparation of protocol and reports of experimental batches and validation activities

·Preparation and compiling of annual product quality review, reports of equipment validation and cleaning validation and experiments carried out

·Preparation of training matrix and ensuring the relevant documentation

CTC range: Rs. 4.00 to 5.50 lacs per annum
Industry preference: Pharmaceutical API manufacturing
Candidates should be from these locations: Patalganga MIDC, Mahad, Roha, Chiplun, Taloja industrial area
