Male candidates who obtained LLB degree from Top Law University in India (like National Law school in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata) & have some relevant experience in legal activities will be considered.Experience in Litigation - Corporate, Commercial, Corporate Compliances, Financial, Admiralty, Criminal, Labour, Excise & Customs, Insurance and related Legal Advisory/ Consultancy Services.

Profile Description

Proficient in drafting and vetting plaints, written statements, petitions, writs, appeals, affidavits, agreements including formation of Companies, formation of JV’s, LLP’s, etc both inland and international as per policies and guidelines of the company both existing and those decided from time to time internally, by way of board meetings, notices, case for opinion, etc. for existing and anticipated legal proceedings.Participating in Tender/ Bidding process of various Central and State Governmental bodies/ companies with regard to pre-bid meetings, documentations and compliances in relation to such tenders / bids.
