- 1. Conduct process optimization and set critical parameters for reflow; wave soldering ; press fit ; Router; PCBA rework etc. process.
- 2. Facilitate process support services by working with suppliers or other functional departments, i.e. fixture/tooling, stencil, package & solder paste, flux etc chemistries.
- 3. Responsible for products process yield & through put efficiency.
- 4. Participate in launching new product to production line on pilot run & mass production.
- 5. NPI DFM issue feedback.
- 6. Process failure analysis and provide corrective action
- 7. Responsible for new process/material/equipment evaluation and implementation.
- 8. Traceability system setup, prepare process flow chart, TQCI and work instruction as process need.
