Job Description

1.responsible for Sales and in House Bookings of the Slimming Department.

2.to Interact with and Monitor the Progress of all Clients

3.to Counsel all the Clients Not Losing Weight as Required in Co-ordination with the In-house Dietitian and the Trainer.

4.to Ensure Client Satisfaction and Maximize In-house Bookings

5.to Ensure Package Execution Within the Validity Period Devised According to the Package

6.to Plan In-house Events Along with Sales Manager and Center Manager to Keep the Clients Motivated and Come in Regularly.

7.to Motivate and Delegate Responsibility to all the Slimming Staff (dietitians and Therapists

8.to Maintain the Duty Roster of Dietitians and Therapists.

9.to Conduct Regular Meeting with the Staff for Sorting Out Grievances and Taking Suggestions for Improvement.

10.to Ensure Maintenance of Hygiene and Cleanliness of Staff (dietitians and Therapist), Slimming Machines

11.to Orient all the New Slimming Joiners Recruited in the Center

12.checking Renewal Register and Submit Report to the Centre Manager (with Cc to the Management)

13.getting Customer Feedback

14.recording and Closing Customer Complaint

15.reason of Customer Not Renewing Membership and Taking Corrective Action On the Sales

16.collecting Reference from the Existing Customer

17.checking & Followup that the References Get Converted Into Members of Yog Power Studio

18.coordinating with the Clients if They Face Any Problems Regarding Scheduling, Going for Long Holidays or Face Any Medical Problem
