Site Reliability Engineer

We are looking for a highly motivated, methodical and passionate Engineer who has solid experience in supporting production critical environments. You will be involved in Design, implementation and automate the support functionality of the infrastructure and . As a SRE, you will be working closely with our development team, DBA team and using new and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities:

 Performance monitoring/reporting.

 System Availability / System Capacity Planning.

 Configuring and deploying common applications such as IIS, MSSQL Server/MySQL,

Apache, NginX, NTP, DNS, software load balancers etc.

 Implement Infrastructure Automation using tools (Puppet, Chef, Scripts etc.) 

 Manage virtualization technologies (vSphere, Hyper-V).

 Manage Cloud infrastructure such as Soft layer, AWS, Rack space etc.

 Implement best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service.

 Troubleshoot critical issues in Windows, Linux, vSphere and webserver (IIS, 

Apache).

 Implement Monitoring tools, SCOM and System center etc.

 Manage patching using WSUS

 Perform other duties, as assigned, to meet project needs.
