Siebel Delivery Manager

10+ years of Industry experience with strong experience in delivery of Siebel projects To lead the delivery of Siebel projects and Application Support Engagements in onshore-offshore delivery models To manage customer relationship from a delivery perspective, to identify and bid for new opportunities, to ensure delivery of services based on service levels and to manage related project financials Responsible for delivery of the Siebel CRM component through the use of consistent processes in accordance with agreed quality guidelines, timeframes & budgets To model, develop, and enhance delivery processes in the areas of Application Management Support and offshore implementation projects Ability to understand Business issues/Business goals related to CRM Portal (eCustomer)Comprehensive knowledge of Siebel functionalities includes Configuration, Scripting, Workflows, etc PMP / ITIL certification preferred. The individual must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
