Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Service Engineer will be deputed at the client site,“TATA Steel Ltd” located at Jamshedpur
He will be working on Microprocessors based special purpose Instruments.
Specific Function:
• Installation / preventive maintenance / corrective / emergency maintenance visits at customer sites for eMeasurematics products.
• Report issues / problems that cannot be cleared locally, to the head office
• Must act as a single point contact for all customer needs for designated customers with experience.
• Build, Develop & Sustain Customer relationships with effective Customer management
• Must possess good communication skills.
• Enthusiastic and innovative in approach
