Service Desk Supervisor

Job Specifications:

Need to have minimum 4 years’ experience as a Service Desk Supervisor in Earthmoving Machineries or Automotive Industry

Candidate need to hold Bachelor degree/B.Sc in mechanical engineering or equivalent.

Should have good communication skills

Job Description:

Would portray exceptional service standards for our customers in the ultimate goal of operational excellence in all areas of the business.

Develops and maintains effective service desk standards and insures smooth operation.

Supervises the service advisors, the warranty administrators and coaches them.

Responsible for exceptional execution of the PDIs, stock maintenance and machines delivery jobs.

Coordination with the service team leaders for the jobs organizing and distribution.

Responsible for revising and ordering the parts required for the work in progress and coordinating with the Spare Parts Department to ensure an efficient and smooth daily operation.

Responsible for the outside repairs if necessary in coordination with the procurement officer and the finance.
