Senior Superintendent Projects

Job Specifications:

Must have minimum 5 years experience in Qatar ( with NOC) is preferred , or else GCC experience

Good Communication skills in English.

Must be BE in Civil Engineering.

Job Description:

Coordinating & discussing with consultants, architects, contractors, Project Manager to ensure implementation of construction works as per the approved drawings.

Coordinating with government authorities & follow up with building permit.

Enable making decisions creatively & logically, create & develop ideas, solving problems, negotiating with others & judging the project viability after discussion with the Project Manager.

Analyzing & resolving field complex construction issues after discussion with the Project Manager.

Document control, receiving & storing drawings, construction documents, correspondence, inspection requests, program etc.

Preparing reports after communicating with Supervisors & contractors & provide information to the management.

Enabling to guide the contractor to follow the planned program, approved drawings & achieve milestone & deliver the project within the timeframe & set budget.

Cost control, checking the invoice with rates & total cost, quality control, monitoring & controlling rates, material delivery, adhering to assigned budget & schedules.

Knowledge of site surveying, reading & checking maps/information, overseeing the construction works, setting of sites & organizing the facilities, knowledge of understanding construction techniques.

Ensure that safety & legal procedures are adhered by the work force at site.

Having knowledge of computers, communicating, material submittals & writing letters &Auto CAD program

Attend final inspection, obtain all warranty documents, receiving as-built drawings

During project delivery.

Ensuring company identity, procedures & standards are adhered.

Participating in the project review meetings, providing reports & technical advice to assist Sr. Manager Facilities & Projects in carrying out Civil Project works.
