Position Summary:
Applies technical communication or instructional design specialization to design and develop information solutions that assist global customers and support their learning needs. Solves complex problems related to user-assistance, training, and product use. Conducts audience and task analyses. Uses independent judgment to plan, design, and develop user-assistance and/or training deliverables. Works with product managers, customers, subject matter experts, localization experts, technical support, sales support, and education services for product planning and development. Performs roles as subject matter expert and/or project manager. Mentors less experienced co-workers. Requires minimal direction on projects and often works on cross-functional teams. Engages in strategic problem-solving, projects, and programs.
Required skills:
*Good programming background with C++, OOPS, Design Patterns, CAD
*Good knowledge of Memory Management, SDLC is essential
*Good analytical & logical skill set
*Experience of PLM domain, Product development environment is desirable
