SENIOR MANAGER – CORPORATE SALES
Qualification Post Graduate in Marketing
Desired Experience 8 + years experience of Real Estate Sales
Desired Profile Real Estate industry exposure of selling residential (villas & flats) and commercial properties.
Exposure of Corporate Sales preferred.
Key area of work
Preparation of Sales Activity Charts. Identify / Prepare database of brokers. Identify / Prepare database of housing finance companies. Preparation of Corporate Database. Interaction with prospective Corporates. Handle Site visits with prospective buyers. Finalizing / Closing sales. Making Sales Plans & achieving it. Make Corporate / Customer visits & presentations. Participate in events, real estate fairs, corporate meets & explore new opportunities. Coordinate for regular marketing support function policies for Brand & Product promotion.
