Desired Qualifications:- MBA ( Marketing)/ Dip. In Marketing

Desired Experience & Exposer:-

· Experience 14 ~ 15 years

· Exposer in Branded Auto Component ( no OE spare person required)

Role :-

· Sales Planning and Forcasting for South region

· Sales Management for all states in South zone.

· Preparing sales budget for after market and allocating budgets to south zone.

· Finalising sales budget for distributors /Cash dealers and preparing sales policy for every customer accordingly.

· Motivating and supporting customers in South region to meet the sales target

· Designing sales promotion strategy and budget for After Market . Designing sales promotion schemes within the budget.

· Product demand generation through regional sales team and customer’s sales team

· Identifying weak markets and making strategy to improve sales in these markets

Salary in CTC:-12 Lac to 13.5 Lac (P.A.)
