Need Core Admin Candidate
Need a candidate from some Big organisation, who would've handled atleast 300-400 employees at a time
First round of shortlisting will be based on Resume Screening. Once we notify you about the shortlisted candidates, we can schedule the second round as telephonic interview and finally if shortlisted further, we can schedule a PI in Bangalore
we would need any Ex-servicemen profile: A person who has some background for Army or Police etc to take care of the Job intricacies and issues. He should definitely have experience for admin as well apart from such background. Rest all other criteria remains same.
Duties and Responsibility
JD for Senior Admin
Overall in­charge of the department.
Check/Monitor attendance of staff and maintaining Staff Attendance Register.
Supervise safety and security of all aspects.
Supervise leave/off days of staff to ensure minimum viable presence of staff during Programme/Non Programme days.
Guide the team/colleagues to achieve the smooth working atmosphere
Overall checking of attendance, leave, Absenteeism & discipline
Manage to keep all records/Inventories.
Organize all activities for selection of employees.
Assist completely in the Joining of the new joinees
Preparation and scrutiny of daily work.
Managing Repair, Maintenance & Replacement Of Office Equipments, Appliances, Furniture, Furnishings
Housekeeping Management, Travel Management, Vehicle management, Office Automations
Managing the time office­ Attendance & Leave Management.
Desired Skills:
Able to work with focus, under pressure and deadline oriented project demands.
Highly organized with ability to manage official work as well as official documentations.
Ability to work independently meeting company objectives.
