Responsibilities

Candidates will get call related to computer issues like Pop up calls,Antivirus issues,Error code messages,Email issues etc.They need to troubleshoot issues and charge an amount to fix up the issues.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Min 1yr  experience in Inbound/Outbound Tech Sales in International BPO.
• Must know how to close their own calls.
• Mush know how to take remote access
• Should have excellent communication skill in English with great convincing skill..
• Experience in  technical  troubleshooting related to- Computer, Printer, Broadband, Router, Email issues, Mac, I-phone, I-pad, xbox etc.
• Should be flexible in rotational shift with 6 working day
