SDFC Team Lead JD

Having 5-8 years of experience in
Salesforce development and customization. DEV 401/App Builder/Platform
Developer certification is a MUST.
ADM 201 and DEV 501 are a big plus. Should be able to manage a team of 3-4
people. Candidate should have good attitude, ability to work in a
multi-location team and readiness to learn on new technical areas.

Good
hands-on experience and technical knowledge in:

6.    Apex and Visualforce, Batch Apex,
Scheduler

7.    Salesforce integration using SOAP and REST APIs

8.    Salesforce configuration like approval process,
workflows, Roles, Profiles etc.

9.     
Reports,
Dashboards, use of Dataloader

10.  Salesforce Best Practices

Below are good to have skills:

5.     
Any app exchange
packages like Conga, DocuSign, etc

6.     
Any Encryption broker used

7.     
UI Experience on
Bootstrap, Angular JS would be an added advantage
