Job Description

1. To support end-user calls, user resolutions.
2.  Working knowledge of business processing of PP / QM to improve transactions, maintain and update need documentation.
3. Interact with various users, consultants, CRs, conduct testing, train end-users at regular intervals.
4. Improve business processes, reduce manual work, enhance the dashboards.
