-Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
-Achieve budgeted campaign DMC rate and specified targets
-Understand and manage personal performance on a daily basis
-Lead generation :
-Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce the Yberry Infosystem and identify the appropriate target market.
-Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
-Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
-Candidate Requirements :
-Excellent communication skills and strong telephone manner
-Knowledge of the IT industry an advantage
-Mature attitude with a capability to discuss business issues
