JOB DESCRIPTION

* Ability to delegate and motivate other staff of the same organizations

* The ability to work to deadlines and cope with the consequent pressure

* Be able to plan and organize both familiar and new tasks

* Achieve sales targets through strategic selling processes and adherence to sales plan

* Identify threats in the marketplace to the future growth of the business and act on these

* Develop a deep understanding of company products and services and articulate the value propositions, features, and benefits of these services

* Maintain and build strong internal relationships within the company

* Qualification –

Graduation in any field, MBA in marketing or sales

* Skills --

* Strong organizational skills

* Team working skills

* Self-confidence to sell ideas and brief agencies and the marketing team

* Knowledge --

* Knowledge of basics of computer

* Have a computer knowledge or any course of computer.

* Experience --

* Experience of 2 year & above in sales and marketing field
