We are glad to inform you about the urgent requirement at Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd for below mentioned Job Role:

Designation: Sales Manager – SM ( Onroll ).

1) New customer & client acquisition for Retail Liabilities products for the assigned Branches with a team of 10 to 15 Sales Associates.

2) Ensure quality sourcing of new customer and cross-sell different banking products like Loans, Life & General Insurance and Mutual funds with a team.

3) Generate business from team (10-15 member team handling role).

4) Generate leads of customer through field activity, direct customer meetings, references, internet mining, market mapping & cold calling etc.

5) Ensure quality customer service is delivered.

6) Meeting productivity norms and monthly target defined by the Bank.

7) Strictly adhere & maintain KYC norms compliance.

8) Follow the norms, regulation & practices of banks religiously.

CTC: 5.40 to 7.20 Lac per annum + Incentives.

Location: Gurgaon & South Delhi.

Eligibility:

1. Any Graduate or Post Graduate.

2. Minimum Experience : 4+ yrs ( banking sales exp. )

3. Age: 25-38 years.

4. Must have experience in banking sales.

5. Should be a target & result oriented personality.

6. Should be smart, confident and possess decent personality.

7. Ability to build and maintain strong relationship with new and existing customers.

8. Should be working in the same company or serving the notice period.
