About Company : complete rental management service: the process of owning and renting one or more properties. And it makes sense in an era where renting is the new owning, dominated by a huge Millennial generation used to Uber, Airbnb and other products of the “sharing economy.”

Location :Powai, Mumbai (1 Openings)

Experience : 3 yrs as Sales / Business Development in Real Estate mandatory

Salary : 3.0 Lac to 4.0 Lac (annually)

Qualification: Graduation degree mandatory

Working Days : 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM ( Day Shift ),Off Days:SUN

 

Job Description:

 Managing a team of field sales associates and guiding them with finding tenants for properties

Managing negotiations with Owners and Tenants and ensuring deal closures

Lead generation through offline real estate network which includes local are whatsapp groups, cold calling etc.

Helping In property marketing to generate leads

Ensuring target are achieved

Ensuring End to end sales of vacant properties to prospective tenant leads

Coordinate with the office coordinator for scheduling property site visit to be conducted by field sales associates

Intermediate negotiation processes between the owner & the potential tenant & eventual deal closing

Maintain and update databases of daily activities as per company standards

Assist in preparing necessary paperwork/property documentation

Remain updated with the prices of real estate properties in his assigned micro-market

Expand the offline broker network & maintaining healthy relations aimed towards better/swift deal closing
