To undertake policy servicing by proactively reaching out and touch basing with customers
To generate leads from customer interactions, and achieve the sales targets through direct selling to new customers
To ensure the quality of business achieved by complying with the set quality standards.
To assist in revival collections by calling , meeting customers , taking help of channel partners and hit collection targets
To ensure and Process the end to end Policy servicing requests within the defined TAT.
Interact with customers to ensure a committed and partnership based relationship.
Review the financial agreements of the customers atleast once in a year.
Ensure sound relationship with customers and leverage it for up sell and resell.
