Job Profile / Designation: Sales Manager

Job Description:

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Executive including telecallers obtain the prospective customer details from sectors like Construction, Contracting, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Small Scale Industries/Companies, Corporates, MNC’s, Start Up Companies from Sulekha/Just Dial/Facebook Groups/Online/MCA website.
  • Marketing Executive should be well versant with the company products.
  • Marketing Executive should analyse the prospective customer details every day and do research about each customer on the important points as mentioned below before calling/meeting the customer:

1.      What can be the challenges/issues of the company (Check through reviews of such company).

2.      Analyse which product can be promoted to that company.

3.      Call to the concerned person and understand his requirement through simple questions and conclude that the product identified is product required to that customer or promote the product which is required to the customer.

4.      Customise the product as per the requirements of the customer and the costs are to be worked out by the payment structure outline and on the time of completion of such assignment in consultation with the Operations Team (Ops) & CEO.

5.      Negotiate the costs & time and close the sale with Advance Payment and create confidence to the customer that if he is not happy with the product the amount will be returned as per the company return policy. Accordingly ensure that the payment is made and accordingly the invoice generated.

6.      Marketing Executive has to update Process Document 1 (Client Details Capture Sheet) as per the product and as per the agreed requirement with the customer.

7.      Process Document 1 to be explained in detail to the OPs and also on the completion time of the project.

  • Ops Team will hand over the customer to Marketing Executive after completing such assignment. Marketing Executive will obtain Feedback/Comments from the Customer and maintain good relationships with the customer and accordingly sell further products or sell Retainer ship products.
  • Sales & OPs Team maintain the product information in common folder and capture complete details in Customer Data Sheet.

Education: MBA Marketing, law graduate will be added advantage
