Primary Responsibility:
Develop and nurture relationships with all current and new clients
Channel Management: Shall be good at Concept selling to the clients
Customer Proposition Management: Should be able to manage client segment proposition & maximize value for client in each segment.
Knowledge of selling memberships to loyal clients
Understanding the CRM & client loyalty product offering clearly
E-commerce and hospitality industry understanding will be a plus.
Building Relationship with the clients
Knowledge of Brand Business
Know how to retain the clients
Develop predictive models & targeting strategies to support Marketing efforts
Develop and execute a comprehensive cross sell, retention and growth strategy for existing clients, both for assets & liabilities.
Value added offers and services to clients to improve customer engagement
Design and implement a Customer Life Cycle Management (CLCM) program to improve customer service & brand experience, increase product penetration and control attrition
Production of regular performance monitoring across all marketing campaigns
Identification of enhancements within agreed parameters to optimise performance
Help define KPIs for the project's success, take regular measurements, and report on the same
Independently work with project sponsors and Finance team to estimate and track project budget and actual.
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
Skills Required:
Must be a confident communicator and presenter
Be able to network and forge new relationships quickly
Have good command over spoken and written English
Be able to grasp marketing & advertising concepts and new media information quickly
Superior project management and time management skills
A wide degree of creativity and latitude
Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media
Self motivated with a positive and professional approach to management
Candidates who can join quickly are preferred
Ability to perform under pressure
