  • Minimum of  4 - 6 years work experience as  ASM / Sales Manager / Sales Officer in Herbal /Ayurvedic / Pharmaceuticals /OTC/ FMCG  Products.
  • Responsible for sales, implementation of strategies and converting doctors.
  • Product promotion and Marketing
  • The person will be responsible for managing, motivating and following up with a team of 5-8  Sales Executive who will be selling our specialty products.
  • Should be aggressive in follow ups with the respective Sales Executive for achievement of monthly targets.
  • He should be a team players and with good people management skills.
  • He should posses strong customer relations in Ayurvedic / OTC trade.
  • Setting up of distribution network on 100 % advance payment for selling to Allopathic retailers/ Ayurvedic stores will be the key role of the Area.
  • The Candidate should be strictly from Pharmaceutical OTC or Ayurvedic OTC background.
  • Candidates from Delhi can only apply.
  • The candidate should be confident and an aggressive personality. 
  • Experience and ability to develop and implement space based marketing plans.
  • Candidate should have good communication and presentation skills.
