Job Description :


- Responsible for the sales and development of new potential business for Home UPS, invertors, offline UPS, online UPS, stabilizer, PCB, Transformer , batteries and solar/ renewable power projects.


- Generate Enquiries, Generate References and explore new opportunity in the assigned region.


- Meeting with customers to identify the technical issues of product and to assure complete customer satisfaction.


- Offer customers a product or service that best satisfies their needs in terms of technical specification, quality, price and delivery.


- To gather market information / trends / requirements of customers and provide input to Management.


Carry out Sales & Marketing Activities,Preparing Sales Plan.


- Responsible to meet the functional and technical requirements of customers' RFPs (Request for Participation).


- Ability to drive business expansion through aggressive sales initiatives that deliver revenue growth.


- Yearly produce the Companys Strategic Sales Plan and head the implementation throughout each Quarter.


- Attend and actively contribute to Sales meetings to keep colleagues informed about customers and your product range.

-Analytical, and strategic mindset Presentation skills with logical argumentation.


-Having knowledge of site evaluation and electrical & electronics engineering, Good academic record with zeal to learn new concepts quickly and apply innovative ideas to achieve the best results.


-Should be dependable, self-motivated & display a sense of responsibility.


-Must quickly align him/her to the organizations objectives & values.


-Must possess problem solving ability.


-Candidates who are ready to build a career with long term commitment towards organization & operate in a dynamic product market.


-Perform other duties as necessary to ensure sales production quota is achieved create professional sales proposals.


Education:

- Diploma/ Degree Holder in Electrical/ Electronic branch from Institute/ University of repute.


- MBA - Marketing will be beneficial.


- Basic Computer Knowledge and email ethics & motivated to use internet intelligently


- Notice Period Less than 30 days
