SALES ENGINEERS/EXECUTIVES

Educational Qualifications: Graduate Civil engineers or Equivalent Degree

Work Experience: 2 to 3 years in their respective fields

Job Description:

1. Responsible for generating sales from their respective customers & area
2. Visiting customers, receive their enquiries & propose the correct product
3. Preparing timely quotations in line with the price lists, credit policies etc.
4. Liaise with the Technical Department for guidance, whenever required
5. Follow up on quotations
6. Responsible for meeting monthly sales targets
7. Liaise with the sales & Marketing manager and General Manager on daily sales issue
8. Preparing technical documents & submittals
9. Maintaining job references
10. Customer Relationship Management
11. Liaising with the Dispatch Section for the material deliveries and stock availability
12. Report customer complaints
13. Payment collection follow ups
14. Provide suggestions/solutions for the improvement in the product performance.

U.A.E NATIONALS: Nos 3 (MALE CANDIDATES)

• READY MIX CONCRETE DIVISION: To obtain permission from Municipality and RTA for the supply of concrete for the Ready Mix Trucks, Concrete Pumps, etc. dealing with the Municipality and the Environment Department for the required permissions for the Ready Mix Concrete Plant etc.
• MAINTENACE/PURCHASE DEPARTMENT: Dealing with the Traffic Department for Vehicle Registrations, Vehicle fines, vehicle Accidents. Obtaining Permissions from Municipality, Ministry of Health, Police etc.
• FINANCE DEPARTMENT: Collection of payments from various parties and filing reports of defaulters, bounced cheques with the concerned government departments.

The candidates for the above 3 positions should have a suitable educational qualification and must have working experience and a UAE driving license. Candidates should be computer literate and be able to converse in English and should be able to do any other assignments given by the management from time to time. Salary depending on qualifications and experience.
