Job Description :


- Client Follow-up, Lead Generation, Coordinating with Sales Team.


- Generating names & numbers of prospective buyers of Company products.


- Calling prospective leads seeking appointments.


- Co-ordinating with clients by understanding their requirements & offering innovative & appropriate solutions to them.


- Responsible for giving the right information about the products to all the prospective clients.


-Communicating with clients through e-mail, telephone, etc.


- Following up with sales team on the appointment before and after results.


- Should respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, by telephone, fax and Email.


- Coordination between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the clients needs, cost and time restraints


- Getting clients feedback.


- Resolving customer complaints, if any .


- Maintaining , developing & pertaining relationships with all customers telephone calls and emails.


- Maintain day to day MIS.


- Strong intention to grow in organisation. Self motivated candidates as well as personal growth who wants to add value to the company.
