Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic person in handling Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, running social media marketing campaigns interaction with international customers/clients.

Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate:

• Executing Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing Campaigns.
• Managing CRM tools.
• Customer Interaction and Support.
• Handling Interactions with International client base.
• Acquisitions of New Partners and Business Development from Existing Partners.

Specific Skill Set:

• Bachelor's degree in any field related to Information Technology or Management.
• Experience with about Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing tools.
• Expertise in spoken and written English is necessary.
• Highly proactive personality and persuasive tone while speaking.

 Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: 0-2 years

Annual CTC: 2.4L (Salary: 15,000 – 20,000 per month)

Location(s) of Job: JP Nagar - 4th Phase, Bangalore.

Minimum Education Requirements:  Bachelor's degree in any field related to Information Technology or Management.
