Sales and Marketing Engineer

Designation : Sales and Marketing Engineer
Exp : 3 - 6 yrs
Location : Chennai
Responsibilities :
-Expand clientele to targeted segments/regions/products
-Retain existing clients
-Achieve annual sales target product wise
-Ensure timely collection of clients payment
-Ensure timely collection of C-Forms any other documentation/liability from client
-Regular visit to potential customers
-Generate new customers through cold call
-Generate new inquiries from old and new customers
-Identifying and analyzing customers requirement and respond correspondingly
-Prompt response to customer to maintain long term relationship
-Conduct trails at customer end to satisfy about product benefits
-Follow up to customers for orders after quotation
-Implementing new strategies to convert prospective customers into regular or key customers
-Focusing on key customers for long term association
-After sales service
-Call/follow up for C-form collection
-Update Sales reports & other documentation and provide inputs as necessary
