Sales & Marketing Assistant (Admin)

Qualifications:-

1. Male/Female, aged between 21 - 30 years.
2. Bachelor's Degree/Diploma or High Vocational or above
3. Having a 1-2 years’ experience in marketing or Sales is preferable
4. Knowledge of MS Office
5. Good interpersonal, communication skills, Cautious and Supportive personality
6. Result-oriented, dynamic and highly initiative.
7. Good command of English is added advantage.

Job Descriptions:-

1. Support - Sales Marketing team extensively
2. Coordinate with other department i.e., Technical, Account, Admin, etc both Rayong & BKK office and support complete the work assigned on time
3. Support in Marketing and Sales activity like sending emails, customer follow up, Database maintenance, event organization support like seminars, road shows, conference, training, etc. Preparation Invoice Document, Invoice submission, Payment follow up/collection
4. Cold call to customer by searching potential prospects and introduce.
