Room Attendant

? Check position, departures, VIP, VVIP arrivals ? Set the trolley as per standards and the occupancy of the floor ? Clean the vacant rooms, the departure rooms and ‘Clean the room’ card rooms as per the prescribed standards ? Check the departure room for any lost and found articles and follow the hotel procedure ? Place various amenities in the rooms ? Perform turndown service in the rooms ? Perform super cleaning ? Self check guestrooms after cleaning ? Mark the DND/Double lock rooms and inform the Housekeeping Desk ? Maintain cleanliness and par stock in the pantry ? Attend to guest calls like shoe shine, special requests ? Check with the guests for any specific requirements ? Perform anyother scheduled room cleaning jobs ? Knowledge on Environmental Management System including environmental policy, aspects and impacts and the Environment program with specific reference to HK.
