Research Analyst Fresher/ Experienced

Responsibilities

1. Analyze data and information to find ways to improve operations.
2. Inform and advise various levels of management and stakeholders.
3. Meet with clients and vendors to discuss procedures.
4. Simplify findings into presentations.
5. Create diagrams and documentation to pinpoint problems and solutions.
6. Identify and understand problems through forecasting, gap analysis, quantitative reporting, research, and statistical analysis.

Requirements

1. Able to perform statistical analysis.
2. Skilled knowledge in generating process documentation.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills with technical writing skills a must.
4. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, IT, management, administration, economics, or information science.
