Job Description:
To look after Electrical Maintenance job in Sectional Drive High speed Paper Machines having both AC& Dc Drive & fully DCS Controlled DIP.
Make plan for preventive maintenance, action plan for modifying the Process & equipment if necessary
Make plan for preventive maintenance, action plan for modifying the Process & equipment if necessary to improve productivity, quality & minimize losses.
Driving systems development & establishing engineering standards.
Assisting in technology assessment, new product selection & application engineering.
Ensuring compliance to technical statutory regulations.
Creation of engineering specifications and associated documents.
Reviewing & monitoring power plant design & selection of right technology/ vendor designs by the electrical design teams.
Turn key power plant Engg. (Electrical Systems): Providing technical support for evaluation & design of Genset subsystems & project engineering that meets customer requirements.
Skills Required- Knowledge of ABB ACS 800 Multidrive in sectional AC Drive Paper Machine with Drive window. ABB DCS 600 Multidrive in Rewinder with Drive Window. ABB Standalone AC DRIVE (ACS800&600) ,ABB Thyristor Supply Unit, Diode Supply Unit.
