Overall Responsibilities of smooth Scheduling adherence with the view of Zero Defect & accident free work place, cost control, 5 S activity,
Business Plan Execution as per annual budget.
Drive the plant profitability through monitoring of operation parameters like plant efficiency, productivity, inventory turns, in-process and customer quality, sale targets, dead and obsolesce of RM/FG inventory , OEE, etc.
Formulation of production plan for the plant on the basis of sales plan.
Moniotring and maintaning health of plant and equipment and tools.
Work toward zero defect and cost reduction through VA/VE .
Regular review & monitoring, for timely correction in actions to meet organizational targets.
Integrate marketing, purchase & manufacturing for fulfiling the production requirements on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
Spare heading of innovation/ Kaizen & upgraded technology.
To foster customer focus amonst all employees of the plant.
Development of people and take active steps for employee egagement through regular appraisal, Feedback & training identifications needs .
Effective and Optimal utilization of resources viz Man, machine, material.
Interact with customers to understand their needs & expectation with the view to improve the manufacturing & process system.
First time right development on right time.
Maintain hormoneous work place and proactiveliy engaged with IR needs of the work place with the view of prevent croping of IR issues.
New project development optimal.
Implementation of innovative ideas & leading edge techniques for upgradation of various processes .(Plant Head)
