Rent a car incharge and PDI Assistant

Job Specifications:

Need to have minimum 2 years of relevant experience in any rent-a-car company in Bahrain

Must be Diploma /ITI certified in (Mechanical/Automobile)

Should have good communication skills English and Arabic will be added advantage

Job Description:

 Keep inventory of all RAC's. Keep all records on hand.

Keep track of all RAC's at all times, maintain tracking sheet.

Maintain separate incident & record file for each car.

Handover & receive RAC's to & from customers with proper inventory & other details.

Keep track of service schedule & maintenance of all RAC's.

Send RAC's for scheduled / non schedule maintenance to workshop.

Track utilization, down time of each RAC with reasons & revenue generation of each RAC.

Point of contact for all PDI activities, open and invoice all PDI job cards, open and invoice all Valugard job cards on paper work
