Role of Relationship Officer:
Achieving the sales targets of self by sourcing, servicing, and login the home loan business.
Acquisition of new clients for Affordable Housing Loans.
Building a builder network for easy movement of files by getting the APS cleared.
Responsible for mapping of Area/ Geography at regular intervals with the help of
supervisor. Identify new sources in the allocated Area/ Geography.
Responsible for managing the relationship with all sources assigned and identified in the
geography/area allotted.
Responsible for maintaining reports related to sales and all activities in the prescribed
format.
Responsible for identifying the need for appointment of a channel partner.
Responsible for enhancing the customer experience by developing and maintaining
relationship with customers.
Responsible for submission of complete application form, documentations and information
CTC for RO && CPA- 12,000-25000 PM + Attractive Incentives
** No incentives for CPA
Note -Candidates should not be experience in this company – Malapurm /DHFL / Muthoot

Eligibility –
12 th pass
Age 22- 40 year
Minimum 6 th Experience in Home loan only (No other sales experience will not acceptable)
Bike not mandatory
Service gap && Educational gap no concern.

Educational Document (10 th && 12 th )
Joining process
Offer release will same day once receive document as on same day
Joining date will be 1 to 25 th in Month.

Credit && Operations Executive
6 Month experience in Home loan experience.
Minimum Graduates
Age 22- 40 Year.
Computer knowledge is must .
