· Direct sourcing of Home Loan & LAP in Affordable Housing Finance segment.
· Operational activities i.e. login to disbursement.
· Sales Promotion Activities.
· Target & achievement oriented with an ability to take up challenges and perform in changing work environments.
· Generation of Revenue for the company by achieving the sales Target.
· Responsible for managing sales function for Home Loan & LAP business in Affordable Housing Finance segment.
· Managing a team of Relationship officer& business development executives for achieving sales target.
· Building of relations with direct sales agent.
