JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with each company that the organisation has a commercial relationship with
(Mention point wise detailed description) Responsible for building and managing relationships with companies that supply products and services to organization
Initiate and handle relationships with vendors
Responsible for identifying and contracting various vendors like security, landlords, property etc
Identify and maintain all third party vendors
Visit indetified vendors
Negotiate terms of Contracting
Plan on-site visits to identify suitable properties
Liason with local bodies to ensure smooth operations
Report to one or more managers about day to day activities
Must be able to negotiate and collaborate with vendors at many different levels
Will work to ensure that vendors meet or exceed their contractual obligations by delivering quality products and services on time
Will works with key stakeholders from the business to ensure that the business has a clear understanding of what the vendors are offering
Good interpersonal skills
Salary -25-40K
