We are a staffing and Recruitment firm based in Hyderabad and are involved in Middle East Recruitment.

Location: Ameerpet, Hyderabad

No. Of Positions: 20-25

Salary: Based On experience

Purpose:

Handle NON IT End to End Recruitments from sourcing, screening to candidate joining

Work for Junior, Mid Level and Senior Level Position

Duties and responsibilities

Manage End-End Recruitment

Scheduling interviews, briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interviews

Maintaining timely documentation of all conversations with candidates within our internal databas

Posting job descriptions on job boards, and tracking posting status and results

Work closely with Delivery Manager to develop position profile and to understand  

Overall needs and requirements. (Job description)

Participate in recruitment knowledge sharing and best practices

Manage the recruiting process to meet hiring goals through the use of effective resource management and effective use of applicant tracking system

Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the Delivery Manager Provide reporting and regular status updates to Manager as required

Maintain Effective Database

Qualifications

Bachelors degree or equivalent

2+ years experience in Sourcing and Recruiting

Preferably from Healthcare or Automobile or Construction or Oil &Gas
Experience using staffing systems and tools including applicant tracking systems, the internet, job boards
Strong verbal communication skills, including interviewing, selling, influencing, negotiating and collaborating
Should be able to converse in Hindi with candidates
Proven knowledge and expertise in all sourcing methods including using recruiting research, cold calling, and internet recruiting
Ability to work effectively in teams; share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback
