Quantity Surveyor

Job Specifications:

Should have minimum of 10 - 12 years’ experience in roads and infrastructure works, working for main contractor in UAE.

Must be a Graduate in Civil Engineering or in Quantity Surveying .

Should have good communication skills.

Job Description:

Must be capable of preparing financial and forecasting project reports, capable of establishing, preparing and pricing of contractual claims, variations , drafting of contractual letters  and advise on contractual matters.

Must be proficient in use of related computer software and fully aware of Standard International Conditions of Contract and methods of measurement.
