Quantity Surveyor – Civil
 Maintain measurement and certification system in accordance with Method of Measurement mentioned in Contract Document.
 Verify any additional claims by the Contractor and inform PD and PM accordingly
 Update of Project Management Information System.
 Preparation of Estimate Quantity and preparation of cost estimate
 Rate analysis of Extra items and its recommendation
 Knowledge of cost control
 Excellent knowledge in quantum cost analysis
 Rate analysis of Extra items and its recommendation
 Knowledge of E&M costing will be an advantage
 Minimum Requirements
 Qualification: Bachelor of Civil Engineering.
 Experience: Should have at least 10 years of experience of quantity surveying.
