Quality analyst ( Website Sales Campaign)

Job Responsibilities :

- Monitor, Barge, Listen to Agent calls to identify sales opportunities

- Mentor, coach and help the sales agents in increasing sales

- Driving team sales

- Creating more opportunities for hot call transfers

- Send daily reports on number of transfers generated

- Daily Analysis of the sales dropped for the day and send this report day end, week end, month end

- Identify weak links in the team and coach them to get them on the performance benchmark

- Auditing calls (Sales/ Non Sales)and agent feedback

- Every sales coach need to do weekly analysis on the team aligned.
