Key areas of responsibilities (KRAs)
· Monitor calls on a daily basis and provide constructive feedback to associates in lieu
· Play an important role in achieving team targets
· Identify the training requirements of associates and suggest the same to the Training team
· Additional responsibilities as & when instructed by the manager

· MS office skills
Desired qualifications
· HSC / Diploma / Preferably a Graduate
