QA – QC Engineer – MR

Position Summary:

We are currently looking for Senior QA/QC Engineer/ MR for our Maico Gulf, RAK Office. As a Sr. QA/QC Engineer/ MR you have to ensure a product or service provides a high level of quality that meets customer expectation. The engineer will put in place a system to measure an organization’s performance and then report on its findings, liaising with managers and staff, and coordinating procedures to address any deficiencies. QA/QC Engineers also ensures that the different products leaving manufacturing and development agencies, companies or organizations are fully operational, effective and free from defects.

Job Description:

1. To overlook the entire Quality Assurance and control of the products manufactured.
2. Timely inspection of incoming raw material & outgoing goods as per approved standards and drawings.
3. To prepare and maintain inspection reports, NC reports issued to various departments;
4. prepare Quality plan for the new product and train the inspector for the same.
5. Ensure all instruments related to manufacturing/testing are calibrated as per annual cycle.
6. Responsible to give proper training to the Shopfloor and maintain training records.
7. Dealing with customer complaints and authority to take the action on the complaints.
8. Responsible for all Technical external & internal process and product audit.
9. Have core knowledge of ISO 9001/14001 & 18001
10. Have experience working as MR.

Work Experience & Skills Required:

1. Should have 5-7 years of experience working as QA/QC Engineer with atleast 2 years of MR experience
2. Working Knowledge in SAP- QM Module
3. Proven experience as MR
4. Should be a certified Internal Auditor
5. Should be familiar with 5S/Kaizen
6. Should have knowledge of Quality Inspection Stages (Incoming/In Process & Final
7. Inspection) in sheet metal fabrication plant.
8. Excellent organising abilities
9. Great attention to detail
10. Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
